We think you'll learn best by playing the demo, but if you're a rules nerd or anything was still unclear after playing, here's the fine print!
the pick
Each week you pick 1 to 4 teams as a parlay. All your teams must win for the parlay to hit.
- 1 team · 1 point if it wins
- 2 teams · 3 points if both win
- 3 teams · 6 points if all three win
- 4 teams · 12 points if all four win
The first team you pick is your base. If your base loses, you lose a life. The other legs are bonus.
lives
You start with two lives. The first team in your parlay is the "base" — if it loses, you lose a life. Lose both lives, you're eliminated.
The other legs are bonus — missing them costs you the points but not a life.
life on the line
Down to your last life? Submit a 3- or 4-team parlay flagged as "life on the line." If it hits, your lives reset to two. If it misses, you're out instantly.
multipliers
Personal streak. Hit two parlays in a row: every point you earn × 1.5. Hit four in a row: × 2. Miss a week: streak resets to zero.
Season longevity. Weeks 1–6 score at 1×. Weeks 7–12 at 2×. Weeks 13–18 at 3×. Late points are worth more, so just staying alive pays.
A perfect 4-team parlay in Week 13 with a 4-streak going scores 12 × 2 × 3 = 72 points.
team uses
Every NFL team has two simple limits for the whole season: 3 total uses, and 1 base use.
- 3 total uses. A team can appear in your picks at most 3 times across the season. Base or leg, doesn't matter.
- 1 base use. A team can only be your base pick once. After that, they can still ride as a parlay leg.
- Uses are spent on submission, hit or miss. A missed pick still counts.
Each team chip shows a small row of pips: a B for the base slot, then three dots for the total. Filled pips are spent. Plan your base picks across all 18 weeks — that's the slot that protects your lives.
winning
Most points at the end of Week 18 wins. Survival doesn't win you the pool — points do — but you can't earn points if you're out.
